A note from Lori Rafferty, professional photojournalist and instructor of the class from Spring 2009:
"Hope your summer is going great. I've finally found the time to process/print the best picks from the student's spring digital photography Friday elective class at Santa Barbara Middle School. So I am especially pleased to announce that not only do they have their very own exhibit up at Samy's Camera (614 Chapala), the local news website "Noozhawk" also has an article about the class and a slide show now up on their website."
Students worked with Nikon D40 cameras, and their show was sponsored by Samy's Camera, Village Properties Teachers Fund, Ken Donnelly, and Lotusland.
