Annual Giving

As with most independent schools, SBMS tuition does not cover the total operating budget and cost of educating our students each year. This is why the contributions made to our school are so critical, and we continue to ask for support on an annual basis.

We ask for financial contributions twice per year, during our Fall Annual Fund and our Spring Dinner & Auction. By giving, you help to enhance academic and elective programs, support our teachers, supplement financial aid, and upgrade our learning spaces.

Support the Annual Fund

Annual Fund tax-deductible contributions of any size benefit every student in the current year.

List of 4 items.

  • How much should I give?

The shortfall between tuition and the true cost of an SBMS education is approximately $2,500 per student. Gifts to the Annual Fund range, as there is not suggested amount. Please contribute at a level that is personally meaningful and that makes sense for your family. Your tax-deductible contribution is greatly valued and appreciated.
  • How does SBMS use the funds?

SBMS is committed to keeping tuition as affordable as possible. The Annual Fund offers a way to raise important revenue for the school while giving you an opportunity to make a tax-deductible contribution at a level that works for you and your family.
  • Why 100% participation?

Some donors want to see that everyone is donating. It is a vote of confidence in our school, our faculty, and our educational mission.
  • How can I make a gift or pledge?

You can donate now to make your one time donation or a monthly contribution, or mail SBMS a check. Matching gifts and gifts of stock and securities are also welcomed.
