Get to know SBMS-Student Perspective
With COVID-19 limiting on-campus visitors, we are hopeful to offer shadows again for the 2021-22 school year. We will have more information in October and will reach out to families who are interested. We can’t wait to welcome your student to participate in our community!
Please complete and submit the online application. There is a $100.00 application fee which is payable via credit card online, cash, or check. The application is due by February 4, 2022 for priority consideration.
The Assessment/Placement Test is a required part of the application process. The SBMS Assessment Test will be given on Saturday, January 22, 2022, 9-11:30 am and Wednesday, February 2, 2022, 4-6:30pm. Please sign up to take the test via the online application. You may also contact Mandy via email or call 805-682-2989 to sign up. If your child needs special accommodation as specified in an IEP or 504 Plan, please contact Pam Boswell. The ISEE test scores are also accepted. Our ISEE code # is 054116.
Completing the application is the responsibility of the applicant family. You can easily check your student’s application to see if the application is complete by logging into the online application and clicking on "status." Applicants will be notified of acceptance, waitpool, or denial via email on Friday, March 4, 2022. Accepted students will also receive a packet in the mail.
For priority consideration, the parent portion and $100 must be submitted by February 4, 2022. The file must be complete, including transcripts, three teacher forms, student section, SBMS Assessment Test or ISEE test, by February 10, 2022.
