1. Campus Tours
   • Tours begin the first week of October and run through the end of January. We look forward to welcoming you and your family to campus. If you have requested information you will automatically receive an email as soon as tour registration opens. 
2. Open House
   • Please join us for an Open House on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 6:00pm or Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 3:00pm. Events to begin promptly. 
3. Get to know SBMS-Student Perspective
   • We invite prospective families to events throughout the year, both in-person and/or virtual. These protocols will be periodically reviewed. We will reach out to families before the events. We can’t wait to welcome your student to participate in our community! 

Please complete and submit the online application. The $125.00 application fee is payable via credit card online, cash, or check. For consideration, the application is due by February 1, 2027. We are strict on this deadline.

The following forms must be completed as part of the application. All of these forms are available in your online application and will be completed through your online application portal.  

• Parent Questionnaire
• Student Questionnaire
• Two Teacher Observation Forms
• Transcript Release Form
• Current Report Card

The Admissions Test is a required part of the application process. The SBMS Admissions Test will be given on Saturday, January 23, 2027, 9-11:30 am and Wednesday, January 27, 2027, 4-6:30pm. If you have an online application account with us (or an inquiry in our application system), you will be emailed in January to sign up for one of the test date options. If your child needs special accommodation as specified in an IEP or 504 Plan, please contact Mandy Westerman. The ISEE test scores are also accepted. Our ISEE code # is 054116.

As soon as the application is submitted, please email Mandy to schedule a student interview. The interview takes approximately 45 minutes.

Completing the application is the responsibility of the applicant family. You can easily check your student's application to see if the application is complete by logging into the online application and clicking on "status." Applicants will be notified of acceptance, wait pool, or denial via email on Friday, March 6, 2026.  Accepted students will also receive a packet in the mail.
